La Roche-Posay Effaclar Duo+M 3H Multi-Action Imperfection Patches (x22) are discreet, easy-to-use hydrocolloid patches that help conceal, protect and treat blemishes for visibly clearer skin. Designed for fast-acting results, they begin reducing the size and redness of spots in as little as three hours, with optimal results seen after eight hours or overnight use. Each patch forms a breathable, protective barrier that prevents touching or external irritation while drawing out impurities to accelerate healing and reduce the risk of post-acne marks.

Formulated with 420µm hydrocolloid technology, the patches absorb excess fluid, minimise inflammation and support the skin's natural recovery process. Clinically proven to protect against picking and external aggressors, they help maintain balanced moisture while promoting a smoother, healthier-looking complexion. Each pack includes 22 patches in two sizes, 12 small and 10 medium, for targeted, effective spot care.

Directions of use:

  • Apply one patch directly onto clean, dry skin, selecting the appropriate size.
  • Use morning and/or evening. Leave on for 3-8 hours or overnight for best results.
  • Remove gently and follow with your usual skincare routine.

Delivery takes 2 days, including Saturdays. This service is free for orders over £20, orders under £20 will be subject to a £2.50 delivery charge.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £60. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £20 - £59.99, and £3.99 for orders under £20.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.

DPD: Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next working day. The fee for this service is £5.99.

Republic of Ireland: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days. This service is free for orders over €60, orders under €60 will be subject to a €3.95 delivery charge. We pre-pay all international custom/duty charges on the behalf of our customers.
