From a dermatological point of view, the higher the UV protection, the better. While SPF50 offers higher protection, some may prefer the texture and viscosity of SPF30, however, the whole Altruist sun cream range is lightweight and easily absorbed. The most important factor is to use sufficient cream, reapply every 2-4 hours and avoid the sun during peak hours of the day.
