Directions of use:

• Shampoo - apply to wet hair and work into a lather. Rinse thoroughly and repeat if needed. For best results, use with Ultimate Smooth Conditioner, Mask and Miracle Oil Serum.
• Conditioner - apply to clean, damp hair, focusing on lengths and ends. Leave on for 30 seconds to 3 minutes before rinsing. For best results, use after Ultimate Smooth Shampoo and Mask, and follow with Miracle Oil Serum.

Extended Christmas Returns

We’ve extended our returns period this Christmas to give you complete peace of mind for any gifts purchased from Justmylook during the festive season. Any items purchased between 3rd November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 9th January 2026. All goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on unwanted items that have been used and have had their security and/or hygiene tags removed. Items purchased after 24th December 2025 will be subject to our standard returns policy.

Delivery takes 2 days, including Saturdays. This service is free for orders over £20, orders under £20 will be subject to a £2.50 delivery charge.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £60. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £20 - £59.99, and £3.99 for orders under £20.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.
