• 1 x Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm (15ml) - a silky, non-greasy balm-to-oil cleanser that melts away long-wearing makeup, SPF and impurities without disrupting the skin's natural moisture balance. Ideal for sensitive skin, it transforms on contact to lift away stubborn debris while conditioning the skin, lashes and brows. Enriched with Safflower Seed Oil, rich in Linoleic Acid, it effectively breaks down excess oil and makeup, leaving skin soft, clean and comfortable. Rinses off completely with no residue. Non-comedogenic. Fragrance-free, alcohol-free, allergy tested, dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested.
• 1 x Clinique All About Eyes Eye Cream (15ml) - a lightweight, refreshing cream-gel formulated to reduce puffiness and dark circles while delivering long-lasting hydration. Suitable for all skin types, it absorbs quickly to soothe and brighten the under-eye area, leaving a smooth, well-rested appearance. Directions of use:

• Cleansing Balm - use before cleanser and other treatment products. Massage balm over dry skin using dry fingertips. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry.
• Eye Cream - use morning and night. With ring finger, apply sparingly to the entire eye area using a gentle patting motion.

Extended Christmas Returns

We’ve extended our returns period this Christmas to give you complete peace of mind for any gifts purchased from Justmylook during the festive season. Any items purchased between 3rd November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 9th January 2026. All goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on unwanted items that have been used and have had their security and/or hygiene tags removed. Items purchased after 24th December 2025 will be subject to our standard returns policy.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £60. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £20 - £59.99, and £3.99 for orders under £20.
