ALPHA-H Melting Moment Cleansing Balm (18g) is a balm-to-oil cleanser with a soft, nourishing texture suitable for all skin types. It easily dissolves stubborn makeup, SPF, dirt and pollution while helping to soften and condition the skin. The gentle, waterless formula respects the skin's natural pH, cleansing thoroughly without stripping away essential moisture.
The balm melts into an oil as you massage it into the skin, releasing subtle notes of Tangerine, Yuzu and Vanilla. Australian Wild Orange Leaf helps support the skin barrier with its naturally occurring amino acids, while Grapeseed Oil provides antioxidant care thanks to its Vitamin E content. Australian Sandalwood Seed Oil helps soothe and condition the skin, while Bisabolol from Chamomile and Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) help calm irritation and support moisture balance, leaving skin feeling clean, soft and comfortable. Cruelty-free & vegan-friendly.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked: Orders placed before 6:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery takes 2 days, including Saturdays. This service is free for orders over £25, orders under £25 will be subject to a £2.99 delivery charge.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Orders placed before 10:00 pm Mon-Fri, before 2pm Saturday and before 12pm Sunday are dispatched the same day. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £80. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £25.00 - £79.99, and £3.99 for orders under £25.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.
DPD: Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next working day. The fee for this service is £5.99.
Republic of Ireland: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days. This service is free for orders over €60, orders under €60 will be subject to a €3.95 delivery charge. We pre-pay all international custom/duty charges on the behalf of our customers.
