• 1 x Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hyaluronic Acid Concentrated Serum (15ml) - intensely hydrates the skin and stimulates the production of Hyaluronic Acid. Formulated using two varieties of Hyaluronic Acid of differing molecular weights, 100% plant-based trehalose and Provitamin B5, this nourishing serum provides intense moisture for smoother skin in just two weeks. Fragrance-free and suitable for all skin types. including sensitive skin.
• 1 x Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel Moisturiser (50ml) - replenishes the skin's moisture barrier and is clinically proven to instantly deliver 6x more hydration* and boost moisture for up to 72 hours. Directions of use:

• Cleanser - wet face. Apply to hands, add water and work into a lather. Massage face gently. Rinse thoroughly.
• Serum - apply 3 to 4 drops to your face and neck twice every day. Avoid contact with the eyes. Follow with Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel.
• Moisturiser - apply every day on cleansed face and neck with circular movements for better penetration.

Extended Christmas Returns

We’ve extended our returns period this Christmas to give you complete peace of mind for any gifts purchased from Justmylook during the festive season. Any items purchased between 3rd November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 9th January 2026. All goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on unwanted items that have been used and have had their security and/or hygiene tags removed. Items purchased after 24th December 2025 will be subject to our standard returns policy.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £60. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £20 - £59.99, and £3.99 for orders under £20.
