Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £80. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £25 - £79.99, and £3.99 for orders under £25.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.

What temperature should I use?

Which temperature you use depends on your hair type. Go for 80 to 150°C if your hair is fine or easy to style, 150 to 190°C for average to thick or treated hair, and 190 to 220°C for thick or textured hair. The FL!KT Thermal Hot Brush reaches 180°C in under 3 minutes, making it easy to reach the temperature you prefer.

Is the Thermal Hot Brush safe for synthetic hair?

No, unfortunately, the Thermal Hot Brush is designed for use on natural hair only and shouldn't be used on synthetic hair.
