Clinique High Impact Easy Liquid Eyeliner is a waterproof liquid liner in Black, designed to create clean, precise definition in one steady sweep. The ultra-fine tapered brush gives controlled application, making it easy to draw anything from a delicate line to a bolder eye look.
The rich colour can be built as needed, while the waterproof formula is designed for up to 24-hour wear with a smudge-resistant, budge-resistant finish. Fragrance-free. Allergy tested. Ophthalmologist-tested and suitable for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers.

Delivery takes 2 days, including Saturdays. This service is free for orders over £25, orders under £25 will be subject to a £2.99 delivery charge.
Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Orders placed before 10:00 pm Mon-Fri, before 2pm Saturday and before 12pm Sunday are dispatched the same day. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £80. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £25.00 - £79.99, and £3.99 for orders under £25.
Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.
DPD: Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next working day. The fee for this service is £5.99.
