ANSWR At-home Keratin Treatment Kit is a revolutionary Keratin treatment kit comprising three products that deliver salon-quality, frizz-free hair from the comfort of your home.

Designed as a more accessible alternative to in-salon treatments, this kit provides long-lasting smoothness for up to three months with just one application.

Kit Contains:

• 1 x ANSWR Keratin Treatment Shampoo (100ml) - a smoothing, moisturising shampoo formulated to extend the life of your keratin treatment. With Pineapple Extract rich in AHA and humectants, it gently cleanses while nourishing and softening each strand, keeping hair frizz-free and silky smooth. Cruelty-free & vegan-friendly.
• 1 x ANSWR Keratin Treatment Conditioner (100ml) - a hydrating conditioner developed to maintain and enhance keratin-treated hair. Infused with Pineapple Extract and Sunflower Seed-derived phyto-ceramides, it protects, refines and restores shine for long-lasting sleekness and softness. Cruelty-free & vegan-friendly.
• 1 x ANSWR At-Home Keratin Treatment (100ml) - a professional-grade keratin spray powered by vegan Veratin technology. This treatment smooths, strengthens and transforms hair with a single application, eliminating frizz and cutting styling time in half for up to three months of effortless results. Cruelty-free & vegan-friendly.

Directions of use:

• Keratin Treatment - divide clean, dry hair into sections and spray generously until each section is fully saturated. Comb through to distribute evenly and leave hair down. Leave to process for 40 minutes for fine hair or 60 minutes for thicker textures. Rinse thoroughly with water only. Blow-dry completely. Using a styling iron set to 200°C, straighten hair in thin sections (approx. 2cm wide), passing over each section 6 times for best results. Do not wash your hair for 24 hours. Use only sulphate-free products and blow-dry after each wash to reactivate the treatment. Repeat after 2 months to maintain smoothness.
• Shampoo - apply to wet hair and massage into the scalp and lengths to create a lather. Rinse thoroughly. Follow with conditioner. Suitable for post-treatment maintenance.
• Conditioner - apply to damp, cleansed hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Leave for 2-3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Use regularly to prolong keratin treatment results and maintain softness.

Extended Christmas Returns

We’ve extended our returns period this Christmas to give you complete peace of mind for any gifts purchased from Justmylook during the festive season. Any items purchased between 3rd November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 9th January 2026. All goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on unwanted items that have been used and have had their security and/or hygiene tags removed. Items purchased after 24th December 2025 will be subject to our standard returns policy.

Delivery takes 2 days, including Saturdays. This service is free for orders over £20, orders under £20 will be subject to a £2.50 delivery charge.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £60. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £20 - £59.99, and £3.99 for orders under £20.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.

Republic of Ireland: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days. This service is free for orders over €60, orders under €60 will be subject to a €3.95 delivery charge. We pre-pay all international custom/duty charges on the behalf of our customers.
