This porridge contains Konjac Glucomannan, which contributes to weight loss when consumed daily in three doses of at least 1g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water before meals.

Directions of use:

• Empty one sachet into a bowl or mug.
• Pour approximately 120ml of boiling water (adjust to your preferred consistency).
• Mix for 15 seconds, then leave to stand for 2 minutes to thicken.
• Stir and enjoy.

The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £20 - £59.99, and £3.99 for orders under £20.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.

DPD: Orders placed before 2:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next working day. The fee for this service is £5.99.

Republic of Ireland: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days.
