Healthspan Easy-to-Swallow Vitamin B12 1000ug (240 Tablets) is a vegan supplement which increases energy levels, immunity and promotes a healthy nervous system. Vitamin B12 is essential for the formation of red blood cells which effectively transport Oxygen and key nutrients around the body. It also contributes to your immune health, normal psychological function, and normal energy-yielding metabolism. Small amounts of Vitamin B12 can be stored in the liver, however deficiency is quite common.

Our ability to absorb Vitamin B12 can reduce with age and due to other factors such as health conditions and certain medications so this high strength, easy-to-swallow tablet prevents any deficiency. Vegetarians and vegans can also be at risk of a B12 deficiency, as dietary sources are most often found in meat, fish, dairy and eggs. This supplement is ideal for anyone who may not be getting, or absorbing, enough of this vitamin from their diet. Free from gelatine and suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
