• 1 x Clinique Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm (125ml) - a silky, non-greasy balm-to-oil cleanser that melts away long-wearing makeup, SPF and impurities without disrupting the skin's natural moisture balance. Ideal for sensitive skin, it transforms on contact to lift away stubborn debris while conditioning the skin, lashes and brows. Enriched with Safflower Seed Oil, rich in Linoleic Acid, it effectively breaks down excess oil and makeup, leaving skin soft, clean and comfortable. Rinses off completely with no residue. Non-comedogenic. Fragrance-free, alcohol-free, allergy tested, dermatologist and ophthalmologist tested.
• 1 x Clinique All About Clean Liquid Facial Soap Mild (30ml) - a gentle, dermatologist-developed cleanser tailored for dry combination skin, forming a soft, non-drying lather that effortlessly removes surface flakes, dirt and impurities while preserving the skin's natural moisture balance. Formulated with soothing Sucrose, it provides comfort and calmness, leaving the skin feeling fresh, clean and never tight or dry. This quick-rinsing, mild formula prepares the skin for the exfoliating benefits of Step 2 Clarifying Lotion and helps target concerns such as dehydration, dark spots, uneven texture, fatigue and loss of volume. Skin is left balanced, smooth and healthy-looking. Ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested. Fragrance-free and alcohol-free.
• 1 x Clinique Moisture Surge 100H Auto-Replenishing Hydrator (15ml) - a lightweight, oil-free gel moisturiser designed to deliver deep, long-lasting hydration while keeping skin fresh and comfortable. Powered by Hyaluronic Acid and Aloe Vera Bioferment, this formula penetrates deep into the skin to replenish moisture, soothe dryness and support a plump, dewy complexion. Suitable for all skin types, including sensitive, this refreshing formula also includes Vitamins C, D and E to help defend against environmental stressors. The fast-absorbing texture makes it ideal as a makeup primer, hydrating booster or glow-enhancing top-up throughout the day. Fragrance-free, alcohol-free, dermatologist tested and allergy-tested.

Directions of use:

• Cleansing Balm - use before cleanser and other treatment products. Massage balm over dry skin using dry fingertips. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry.
• Soap - use twice a day, morning and night. Lather between palms with lukewarm water. Massage over a makeup-free face and neck. Rinse thoroughly. Pat skin dry.
• Moisture Surge - use morning and night on clean skin. Can be applied over makeup as a dewy highlighter. For a 5-minute mask, apply generously and tissue off.

Extended Christmas Returns

We’ve extended our returns period this Christmas to give you complete peace of mind for any gifts purchased from Justmylook during the festive season. Any items purchased between 3rd November 2025 and 24th December 2025 can be returned up until 9th January 2026. All goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and be in a re-saleable condition. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on unwanted items that have been used and have had their security and/or hygiene tags removed. Items purchased after 24th December 2025 will be subject to our standard returns policy.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. This service is free for orders over £60. The charge for this service is £1.99 for orders between £20 - £59.99, and £3.99 for orders under £20.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Orders placed before 10:00 pm are dispatched the same day Mon-Fri, and 2:00 pm Sat. Orders after this threshold will be dispatched the next working day. Delivery will take place the next day, including Saturdays & Sundays. The charge for this service is £5.99.
