What we think The first impression when you take the Corioliss C3 out of the box is the feeling of quality. There’s a nice solid feel about them compared to many other straighteners that can feel a bit plastic and cheap. The C3 straighteners feature titanium plates rather than ceramic ones. Initially, we were a bit concerned about this, as ceramic plates have such a good reputation. However, things have moved on and the C3’s titanium plates are much smoother than ceramic plates which means they outperformed the more standard ceramic plates. Titanium, unlike ceramic plates, distribute the heat of the straightener evenly ensuring there are no ‘hot-spots’. This resulted in hair being straighter and longer lasting results.
